MEEC's roots go back to 1975, when a present managing partner started as a director of the environmental department in a family enterprise, at that time active in industrial waste water technologies and sludge treatment.
Established as an independent entity in 1977 and later as a limited responsibility company in January 1998, MEEC diversified its activities and know-how to include several environmental technologies and products such as toxic solid waste treatment including medical waste, pollution abatement technologies at land and sea, chemical and oil spill, effluent treatment, MSW and sanitary landfills, water storage and pipe plugging and testing equipment.
